Corrections especially welcome. If something here is out of date, we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.

Email us at info@shelfandsound.com, or use the form below. Both go to the same place.
Reporting a correction
This is the most useful thing you can send us. Program terms change and we do not always find out immediately, so if a price, trial length or rule on this site does not match what Amazon or Audible is showing you, please say. A link to the page and a note of what you were shown is plenty.
We check every report against the program's own page rather than against our own notes, fix what is wrong, and update the page's review date. The process is set out on our editorial policy.
Other things worth sending
A question we have not answered. If you went looking for something on this site and could not find it, that is useful — it usually means a page is missing rather than that the answer is obscure. Several of the pages here exist because the question kept coming up.
A term you can see and we cannot. Some of what Amazon and Audible publish is only visible once you are signed in, which is why parts of this site say plainly that a figure could not be verified. If you can see something on your own account that we have marked as unverified, and you are willing to say what it says, that genuinely helps — though we will still only publish it once we can confirm it against a page ourselves, for the reasons on how we research.
A disagreement with a verdict. The decision pages here are willing to conclude that a subscription is not worth it, and reasonable people will disagree with where we have drawn that line. If you think the arithmetic is missing something, say so.
What we cannot help with
We are not Amazon, Audible or your library, and we have no access to your account. For a billing problem, a cancellation that did not take, or anything to do with your own subscription, you need Amazon's customer service rather than us — our Audible cancellation guide and Kindle Unlimited cancellation guide point at the right official pages.
